With our 5 modular rooms ranging from 60 to 800 m², Les Salons de l’Aveyron can be adapted to your event and to your needs.
We provide all the technical solutions required to hold your general meeting: voting, remote voting, recording, streaming, and videoconferencing.
100% modular rooms
All formats of general meetings are possible in our spaces. From the most traditional theatre format of 800 attendees to the U-shaped arrangement of up to 120, everything is possible.
Located in the heart of Bercy Village, Les Salons de l’Aveyron are easily accessible by Metro line 14, the A4 motorway, and Orly airport in 40 minutes. Nearby, you will find a wide range of hotels, restaurants, bars, and shops (Cours Saint Emilion) to combine work and leisure.

On the same level, the modularity of our spaces allows you to organise your GM in a dedicated space while offering a moment of conviviality during lunch.
Our chefs offer seasonal cuisine made on site and adapted to all event formats, with several catering packages in line with our CSR approach.

The rental period is from 7 am to 6 pm. Technical set-up is planned from 7 am for a meeting starting at 9 am. Optional: technical set-up and tests the evening before. Optional: seated catering with the “Autour d’un plat” package. Optional: Cocktail lunch instead of buffet.
